On the evening of Wednesday 11 June 2025, Trinity's Business and Property team are delighted to welcome recent joiners Damian Murphy and Fiona Todd at a seminar that they will be delivering at Chambers' Custom House on Newcastle's Quayside.
The free to attend seminar is entitled 'Interim Applications – Maximising Your Chances'. The interactive and practical session will be of appeal to a wide range of litigators covering the following topics:
- The differences and similarities on applications for summary judgment and strike out, and on applications for relief from sanctions and set aside default judgments.
- Litigation strategies.
- Ensuring a good outcome on costs.
Registration is at 4.30pm, with the talks being delivered between 4.45pm and 5.45pm, followed by Q&As. The evening will conclude with an opportunity to network with colleagues over refreshments.
