Trinity Silk, Caroline Goodwin Q.C. is a finalist in the "Lawyer of the Year" Category of the 2017 Northern Law Awards.
The category winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony to be held on the evening of Thursday 1st June at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. The event, now in its third year, celebrates the region's legal successes and talent.
Caroline was recently appointed Queen’s Counsel, when the Lord Chancellor, Elizabeth Truss, presented Caroline with Letters Patent from Her Majesty The Queen at Westminster Hall.
Caroline is a member of Trinity's Criminal, Regulatory and Licensing practice groups. Regularly recognised in the leading legal directories, Caroline is a highly regarded and experienced advocate instructed in all aspects of both defence and prosecution case work. Caroline is instructed in serious and high profile cases heard in the House of Lords, Court of Appeal and Crown Court.
As well as being a senior Criminal and Regulatory advocate, Caroline has been a Crown Court Recorder since 2010.
