Jonathan Rodger, Deputy District Judge, will explore 'Challenging Director Remuneration & the Characterisation of Asset Transfers'.
Richard Stubbs, Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator, will discuss 'Directors - Pitfalls & Beartraps'.
