Chambers' members and staff warmly welcome Emily Nesbitt to Trinity's Family Clerking team.
Trinity's Family team has undergone a period of exceptional growth with barristers joining from other Chambers and following the completion of pupillage.
Emily joins Chambers having previously worked at the Employment Tribunal at Newcastle HMCTS, and prior to that in business development positions at Greggs Plc. and Tommee Tippee.
Supporting barristers in Chambers' busy Public Law/Children, Matrimonial Finance/Property and Court of Protection teams, Emily will be based at Trinity's Custom House on Newcastle's Quayside. Emily will also spend time at Trinity's Ridley Place premises opened in response to the relocation of the Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunal Centre in 2020.
Emily will be dealing with the day to day management of the Family and Court of Protection barristers' diaries, as well as their practice development.
