Specialist Chancery barrister, Henry Stevens will be delivering an update seminar regarding the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (ToLATA) to members of the Yorkshire Law Society on the evening of Wednesday 20th May.

The Seminar will offer an overview of the situation since Jones v Kernott [2011] UKSC 53 and will offer some insight into the effects of fraud, insolvency and unlawful conduct on claims for the establishment and quantification of a beneficial interest in the home, as well as a brief consideration of priority of charges.

Henry is a member of Trinity's BusinessChancery and Costs practice groups with a significant part of his practice covering mortgage possessions, subrogation claims as well as Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA) issues.

The seminar will take place at York Law School with registration at 4.30pm and attracts Solicitors Regulation Authority accreditation. Please book via the Yorkshire Law Society.
