Following a successful tender exercise,Trinity Chambers have been appointed as members of the West Yorkshire Barristers Framework Agreement. Five West Yorkshire councils have worked together in the process with a view to saving costs and jointly maximising resources.
The competitive tender process was led by Kirklees Council, the other local authorities involved in the Framework Agreement are Bradford, Calderdale, Leeds and Wakefield.
Under the Agreement Trinity Chambers' Employment Group will be dealing with Employment Law and HR matters.
Leader of Trinity Chambers' Employment Law Group, Jane Callan said of the appointment: "This is fantastic news for Trinity's employment barristers and reflects the calibre of experience and expertise within the team... the appointment also reinforces Trinity's national reputation in employment law, already highly rated in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories. Members of the team are all looking forward to working closely with the five authorities."
