Members of Trinity's Employment team, Anu Kaura and Robert Allen will be delivering an Employment Law seminar over lunchtime on Thursday 10th September 2026.
The hybrid event has been arranged in conjunction with Leeds Law Society and will take place between 12 noon - 2pm at Trinity's Leeds Chambers, Eyton House, 12 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU. For those attending in-person, lunch will be available.
The event will also be available to attend remotely online via Teams.
In their session entitled 'Blow the Whistle, Not the Case', join Anu and Robert, for a no nonsense talk on Whistleblowing and in particular the addition of Sexual Harassment claims.
The seminar will include useful hints and tips on the following topics:
- Protected disclosures
- Updates on the guidance relating to harassment, including sexual harassment and recent developments in case law
- Duty to prevent
