Head of Trinity Chambers' Agricultural Law practice group, barrister James Kemp will be delivering a seminar to members of the Yorkshire Law Society on the evening of Wednesday 24th June 2015.
James' session will cover the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the issue of entitlements on the transfer of land. James will also provide legal updates in respect of agricultural tenancies and related issues.
The seminar that commences at 4.30pm will attract 2 hours Solicitors Regulation Authority accredited points and will take place at York Law School. Please book via the Yorkshire Law Society.
