Agriculture and Planning Seminar
Trinity Agriculture and Planning barristers will be guest speakers at an afternoon seminar delivered to members of the North Yorkshire and South Durham Agricultural Valuers Association.
Head of Trinity Chambers' Agriculture and Rural Affairs Group, James Kemp will be covering public rights of way, occupiers liability and adverse possession. Specialist planning barrister, Nicola Allan will be discussing new development rights for agricultural buildings, village greens and issues relating to Gypsies and Travellers.
The event will take place at the Scotch Corner Hotel on Tuesday 30th September 2014.
As well as heading Trinity’s Agricultural Practice Group, James Kemp is a member of Chambers' Business, Chancery, Mental Health and Court of Protection, Personal Injury and Regulatory practice groups.He was recently recognised in Legal 500 2013 "James Kemp is noted for his ‘precise advice, given in a very timely and cost-effective way’".
