Barrister Joins Trinity Chambers

Barrister Morgan Brien, called to the Bar in 2010, has joined Trinity Chambers as a full tenant following his successful completion of Pupillage.
A graduate of Northumbria University, Morgan joins Trinity's Business, Chancery, Costs and Personal Injury practice groups.
Before becoming a barrister, Morgan worked in various construction roles in Australia. He has extensive experience dealing with Health and Safety issues having worked as a supervisor on a large scrap metal yard and a national grain company. As a result Morgan has an interest in Regulatory proceedings including Health & Safety and public health issues.
The focus of Morgan's practice will be:- commercial; business; insolvency; Chancery, in particular housing; costs including costs budgeting hearings; claimant and defendant personal injury cases.
