Business & Company Law Update – 20th November 2019


Trinity Chambers will be holding the final talk in our Business, Property and Employment Seminar Programme for 2019 which will take place on the evening of 20 November 2019 at Chambers, The Custom House, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 1SU.

The session will provide an update on common issues faced in dealing with business and company law. The talks break down as follows:

“Blockbuster or Straight to DVD” - A full and frank review of the Business & Property Court Disclosure Pilot.

“Just How Unfair for Unfair”  - A review of Unfair Prejudice Petitions.
