Chancery Seminars Delivered by Trinity Barristers
Nearly 100 delegates attended the Trinity mirror Chancery group seminars entitled “Neighbours at War” delivered in Middlesbrough and Newcastle/Gateshead.
Barristers from Trinity Chambers’ Chancery group Michelle Temple, James Kemp and Henry Stevens each spoke at the events. The topics included restrictive covenants, boundaries and easements and land adjudications. In addition to the Trinity Chancery barristers, Chartered Building Surveyor, Building Pathologist and Dispute Resolver, Peter Fall delivered a highly practical session on Party Walls. The 3.5 CPD hour accredited event generated positive feedback:-
