Head of Trinity's Business & Property Group Recorder Appointment
Trinity barrister, Simon Goldberg has been appointed as a Recorder for the North Eastern Circuit.
The appointment was made by Royal Warrant signed by The Queen following advice from the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. Simon Goldberg's appointment will take effect from 4 April 2018.
In addition to his extensive employment law practice, Simon heads Trinity's Business and Property Group and is regularly recognised in the leading legal directories, with recent entries including:
