Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum: Proprietary Estoppel
On the evening of Thursday 15th October 2020 the second Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum will take place online with a focus on Proprietary Estoppel.
The session entitled "Broken promises: Proprietary estoppel in the modern world" will be Chaired by HH Judge Malcolm Davis White QC. There will be contributions from barrister Nigel Clayton and head of Trinity's Business and Property Team, Simon Goldberg. Also joining the event will be Robyn Peat, Managing Partner at Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents, George F White.
The free to attend online meeting is scheduled to start at 5.30pm, concluding by 7pm. Questions in advance can be submitted to Trinity's Jonathan Rodger or Eleanor Temple, who will pose these to the speakers on the evening.
The Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum was initiated by Trinity members, working with others in the Leeds legal community, following the opening of our Leeds Chambers earlier this year. The Forum is generously supported by Leeds Law Society and Leeds Law School. In addition to contributions from Simon and Jonathan, Trinity commercial and insurance specialist Graham Bartlett is Secretary to the Forum Committee.
