Joining Trinity Chambers’ Chancery group, Michelle will be dealing with High Court and County Court matters relating to trusts, contentious probate, land disputes, commercial/private leases, housing and landlord and tenant matters. Michelle also deals with Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
Michelle will also be joining Trinity’s Business group dealing with all aspects of commercial and company disputes, insolvency, partnership issues, breaches of fiduciary duties.
Further, Michelle will be joining Trinity’s Agricultural law group dealing with complex Trust matters, agricultural holdings matters. In addition, given her extensive experience in this field, Michelle will be joining Trinity Chambers’Mental Health and Court of Protection group, receiving instructions from individuals and Local Authorities to appear in the Court of Protection, as well as dealing with all aspects of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Michelle has particular expertise in dealing with recovery of care home fees and protection of vulnerable adults.
Whilst based predominantly at Trinity’s Newcastle Chambers, Michelle will also operate from Middlesbrough and indeed her substantial practice takes her nationwide.
