Premier League Football Broadcast Seminar


On the evening of Tuesday 18 March 2014 barristers from Trinity Chambers and specialist Intellectual Property solicitor Niall Head-Rapson from McDaniel and Co will deliver a practical seminar covering the implications of the campaign planned by the Premier League to penalise pubs and clubs showing 'live' football matches via foreign satellite broadcasts.

Trinity Chambers' CriminalRegulatory and Licensing barristers Christopher KnoxCaroline Goodwin and Charles Holland will explore the evidential issues, procedure, sanctions and costs implications.

Niall Head-Rapson will detail the context of the proposed crackdown and cover copyright infringement legislation including practical advice that pubs and clubs can be given.
