Take the Trinity Family Arbitration Challenge
Given the advent of the Single Family Courts, apparent advantages of Arbitration and judicial endorsement in the case of S-v-S  EWHC 7 (Fam) Trinity Chambers'Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team would be extremely grateful to receive the views of family law practitioners regarding the role of Arbitration in family proceedings.

Family and Matrimonial Finance barristers, Timothy Spain and Nicola Shaw, are members of the Chartered Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (IFLA) Panel and are qualified to conduct family law arbitrations and make binding orders under the IFLA Rules. As well as sitting as a Deputy District Judge, Timothy is a member of Trinity's Costs, Mental Health and Court of Protection practice groups. Nicola Shaw also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
With extensive conference rooms, Trinity has facilities to undertake Arbitrations and Mediations in its Chambers in Newcastle and Teesside as well as at external venues such as hotels, solicitors offices etc.
