Trinity Barrister Delivers Housing Disrepair Claim Seminars

Specialist Housing Law barrister, Alice Richardson will be delivering a series of seminars through MBL entitled "Housing Disrepair Claims - A Practical Introduction".

The sessions will take place in Manchester on 6th September 2018, London on 24th October 2018 and Leeds on 4th February 2019. The half day course provides an introduction into bringing and defending disrepair claims and an update on recent developments in the area.The course is aimed at advisors dealing with disrepair claims on behalf of tenants, private landlords, local authorities or providers of social housing.

Alice's session will cover:

Alice has a particular interest in cases involving discrimination, human rights and public law/judicial review. Alice also undertakes regulatory work in the housing, property and local government sectors. She has particular experience advising on licensing schemes under the Housing Act 2004. Alice was recently appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional Panel of Counsel and is regularly instructed by the Government Legal Department.
