Trinity Barrister Guest Speaker at Business & Property Court Forum

Trinity Business and Property Barrister, Jonathan Rodger, will be a guest speaker at the next Newcastle Business & Property Court Forum.

The Forum takes place at Northumbria University’s Law School, City Campus East, Newcastle Upon Tyne, from 6pm on Monday 21st October. Chaired by District Judge Michelle Temple, the event will focus on Litigation Funding.

Jonathan’s talk is entitled: “A funder’s liability for costs: raising the Arkin cap”. Other topics covered at the Forum include a 2019 Litigation Funding Overview from Andrew Calkwell of Manolete Partners PLC and barrister Matthew Maddison will discuss "Security for Cost: Impecunious Companies and Litigation Funders".
