David is regularly instructed in matters of personal injury. He acts for both Claimants and Defendants. David accepts instructions to represent parties in court as well as to provide written advice on liability and quantum. David regularly deals with infant approval hearings, stage 3 hearings and small claims. He is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis.
David often prosecutes and defends in criminal matters, both in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. His experience includes cases of violent crime, dishonesty offences and public order offences. David also deals with cases in respect of motoring offences.
David also practices in contractual disputes and bankruptcy matters.
David has a growing practice in the Immigration and Asylum Chambers of the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
David accepts instructions in Private Family Law and has a growing practice in Care.

In September 2014, David spent 4 weeks in New Delhi, working with Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India.
Before he commenced pupillage, David spent a year working for the Independent Police Complaints Commission. David was involved in the investigation into the Hillsborough Disaster. This was the same topic which was covered by David in his undergraduate dissertation.
