A recognised specialist in the Business and Property Courts in the north east and throughout England and Wales, Jonathan has a client base across the country and is always willing to travel nationwide in pursuit of his clients’ objectives. He covers all aspects of Business and Property work: commercial and traditional chancery, real property, landlord and tenant and insolvency. He also has a related expertise in licensing and business regulation.

Jonathan combines intellectual heavyweight, practical commercial acumen, good judgment of characters and personalities and a relentless appetite for work. His goal is provide a flexible, responsive service, pragmatic and commercial advice and effective representation in his fields of practice. He has an uncanny ability to communicate effectively at all levels with Judges, clients, witnesses and litigants in person. Judges in particular regard him highly for his sensitivity in handling the latter.
