Louisa Sherlock

Louisa comes to the Bar after over a decade as a successful practising dental surgeon. Accordingly, she brings to her work as a junior practitioner a maturity and commercial acumen considerably in excess of her Call in 2018. Combined with this commercial experience is Louisa’s formidable academic pedigree.

Louisa is accredited by ADR-ODR as an international civil-commercial mediator.

Louisa is developing a busy junior’s commercial practice. Already she has had instructions in several road traffic arbitrations, some with a personal injury element; she has acted in bankruptcy and corporate insolvency cases; and she has carried out civil procedure briefs including a contested application for summary judgment.
