in Matrimonial Finance Cases Seminar
On the evening of Thursday 30th April, Matrimonial Finance barristers from Trinity Chambers in conjunction with Chartered Financial Planners, Rutherford Wilkinson Ltd, will be following up on last year’s “Bolt from the Blue” summary of the ramifications of the new pensions flexibility originally announced in the 2014 Spring Budget.
Now that the changes are coming into practice, the session will explain the final rules, some views on the financial planning aspects of the changes and also how the extra flexibility might impact upon and indeed be useful in divorce settlements.
The speakers will include from Rutherford Wilkinson, Trevor Clark, Operations Director and Mike Gordon, Technical Director and from Trinity Chambers specialist Matrimonial Finance barristers Christopher Knox, Timothy Spain and Nicola Shaw. They will each contribute to a panel discussion exploring the practical implications of the new “pension freedoms”.The event commences with registration and refreshments at 5pm.
