Trinity Licensing and Regulatory barrister Joan Smith represented D.E.L.T.A Merseyside Ltd at Liverpool Magistrates Court at a hearing on 13th May 2015.

Delta Taxis had been granted a private hire operators licence by Liverpool City Council in November 2014, it was revoked shortly after the grant in December 2014. Delta won its appeal allowing it to continue to successfully operate in Liverpool.

Liverpool City Council were ordered to pay costs towards Delta Taxis legal fees.
