The Members and Staff at Trinity Chambers warmly welcome two new tenants following the successful completion of their pupillages - Sarah Ismail and Michael Haywood.
Sarah was called to the Bar in 2019 and following completion of her pupillage specialises in Employment, Housing, professional Regulatory, Business and Property and Personal Injury litigation. During her pupillage, Sarah was supervised by Trinity’s Andrew Crammond and James McHugh. Representing both Claimants and Respondents, Sarah has a nationwide practice covering all areas of Employment law. Sarah has a developing Professional Regulatory practice and represents professionals at fitness to practise hearings in England and Scotland. Sarah receives instructions in Housing matters covering possessions, housing disrepair and anti-social behaviour. Sarah is also instructed in Business and Property matters as well as Personal Injury cases.
Called in 2019, Michael was supervised by Simon Goldberg K.C. and Richard Stubbs during his pupillage where he gained experience in a range of Commercial, Civil and Employment work. As a full tenant Michael will focus on Business & Property Litigation, including commercial contractual disputes and claims under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Michael also deals with traditional Chancery work, real property and contentious probate disputes. Michael is also instructed in a wide range of Housing matters including housing disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession claims. Michael deals with nationwide Employment instructions ranging from unfair dismissals and discrimination to TUPE transfers.
